Policies at The Perq

  • We want to make sure you have every question and concern addressed during your visit. To ensure you leave satisfied, we will help patients more than 15 minutes late to reschedule their visit. This will allow us to fully support you and your skin without any rush or unanswered queries.

  • Life happens! We are happy to help you change your appointment if needed, though we do ask for at least 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we ask for a $100 deposit prior to confirming your changed appointment. Please note that this is not a fee! Upon timely arrival of your rescheduled visit, the entire $100 will go towards the cost of your visit. In the event of multiple reschedules within 24 hours for the same appointment, the deposit does become non-refundable.

  • We love furry friends, but they’ll need to stay home for everyone’s comfort and safety. We welcome registered service animals only inside the clinic.
